A family owned business veteran, Annie has worked across a range of sectors in a career that has spanned both London and Scotland. With experience of in-house and agency roles, Annie has delivered impactful campaigns for clients including Gordon & MacPhail, the British Army, The Glenmorangie Company, Greggs, Oxford Hotels, British Airways World Cargo, Historic Environment Scotland, Heriot-Watt University and Persimmon Homes. Annie has worked for family brands from their infancy through to major acquisition stage and supported brands in the move from family ownership to IPO/VC ownership.
Whether it’s creating a crisis communications plan for a high-profile client, translating scientific findings into media friendly content or building a social media buzz around a new development, Annie has the contacts and the can-do attitude to deliver. Most recently, her team’s campaign won the CIPR’s Consumer Relations Campaign of the Year 2018 for a £30,000 per bottle family owned whisky brand launch which sold out in less than 72 hours.
Annie has an MA in Modern History from the University of St Andrews and is a member of the CIPR and PRCA. She holds the PRCA’s post-graduate diploma in International Public Relations and is also studying towards a level 6 diploma in Digital Marketing.
