Brand and Marketing Manager
Nicola coordinates marketing programmes across the agency and looks after the design element to support PR campaigns. Nicola joined the Muckle Media Group following a successful in-house marketing career with the family owned retailer Nordic Outdoor Ltd where she was head of sales and marketing initiatives for all the outdoor clothing and equipment stores. This included development of seasonal projects and owning the retail marketing activity calendar. She successfully developed their marketing function through digital and in-store channels.
Prior to that, Nicola was head of marketing for Henbury Ltd where she was responsible for brochure planning, writing creative briefs, organising and attending photoshoots throughout Europe, creating, organising and implementing all in-house and external distributor marketing campaigns along with editorial copywriting and advert design. She successfully reviewed and restructured the company marketing calendar and brought artwork design in-house with her skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
With an MSc in International Fashion Marketing with Distinction, Nicola has a creative approach and an exceptional eye for detail. Nicola is our online media whizz and has a Google Analytics Qualification, Google AdWords Fundamentals Certification and is currently studying towards a level 6 Digital Marketing diploma.
